VOs missing in BICC & OTBI - Projects views mapping not available

Looks like the Projects views do not have the related VOs mapping in OTBI. It will really help for creating Project reports with VOs.

Use Case and Business Need
We are working on a project of converting our EBS reports and data warehouse reports to cloud with ADW & BICC. In order to create reports on Projects, we are unable to find the Projects VOs in 20 C or 20 D.

Data elements need to be added to PVO in BICC to enable access via ADW reporting

Oracle provided an update that all these tables are part of the VO's in 21B.

there is requirement for BICC extract for one of the EBS table "pa_resource_list_uses_v" , i'm unable to figure out the corresponding fusion table to be used for BICC extract. Can anyone please help?
