We are a regulated industry and require signifigant reporting to ensure that we are in compliance with auditors and regulators. One of the areas we are seeing a gap is to audit who has create vacation rules with delegations and reassignments. We need access to this information. Per Oracle Support on SR 3-26580549131 this is not available functionality currently as of 21B release
Use Case and Business Need
This is a regulatory requirement. Failure to meet these requirements can result in fines or failed audits so it is business critical that this information be made available. This will be an issue for other companies in similar industries

Hi Christopher,
I have a SR open for the same requirement for the past 1.5 year and have recently found in the release notes for 21c that a report will become available that might suits our purpose, below the release notes:
We are receiving the 21c upgrade in dev over the next week so will be able to test it soon.
