Reporting on Oracle end-user authentication events is available through the Sign On Audit REST API. Specifically this endpoint is /oam/services/rest/access/api/v1/audit/events and is documented here: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/applications-common/20b/farca/op-oam-services-rest-access-api-v1-audit-events-get.html. The following Oracle support note fully describes how to setup and use this API: Using Sign In - Sign Out Audit REST API (Doc ID 2661308.1). 

The SSO Audit REST API is the only option to obtain detailed data about end-user authentication events inclusive username, event, status, datetime and IP address. This enhancement request is make the SSO Audit API data also available to OTBI because the information available in SSO Audit API is not available to OTBI.

Reporting on end-user authentication events is a critical security requirement. Detail data for end-user authentication events needs to be available within OTBI for analysis.
