Unable to select Iceland in the Locale (location) list underr Preferences, My Account in OTBI.

I can select it in Fusion but it is not supported/missing from the Locale list in BI.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Difficulties in getting the correct date and number format. Because selecting Iceland is not supported.
