Description (Required): We would like to request the improviment of the prompt filter navigation. Actually user need to click on "Search More", after search for item the user need to select itens and move to right side, click on "ok" and after "Apply" to execute the report with the filter.

Use Case and Business Need (Required): Manager and Business Partner that are not from HR need to access some report and this navigation is hard and users get report with wrong filter.
