More details
Tracking Candidate Activities feature was released in Release 19C.
However, in KM Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Reporting on the 'Tracking Candidate Activities' Feature ( Doc ID 2662093.1 ) it states that this is not reportable in OTBI or BI Publisher. The KM further suggests that the user of third part analytics to track and report on this information.

Hi there,
Thank you for your idea. I am relocating it to our Transactional Reporting (OTBI) Idea Lab for proper review: https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/resources/b2df648d2a/summary

Voted up this idea. we just moved from Taleo (TEE) to ORC and realized the ability to report on candidate drop off is missing in ORC. I saw the pixel tracking feature, but it is not nearly as robust as the reporting in Taleo AND it looks like you can only set it up for one provider.

Note that Candidate Tracking Real Time subject area was delivered in 22C. While it doesn't include info on where candidates are dropping in the flows yet, what is collected since 19C is now reportable.
We are also enhancing what is collected to create reports on dropping pages and counting additional actions taken by job seekers in the external career sites.

Hello,
this is now available in 23B, you can compare the number of applies (action = NEW) and the number of successful submits to calculate the number of drop outs.
