How to control RPD to show only few subject areas
hi,
we have multiple developers working on the same RPD but on different subject areas.
when we open it online, every one can see every thing.
is there any way i can restrict to show only those subject areas,
can i setup that ? If yes, where do i need to setup this.

i Would like to know when I open RPD in online, how can I see only specified objects Based on users.
in your example, we place offline RPD, in one shared location and all developers access that RPD and check in their changes.once changes are done final RPD need to deploy in server.

RPD access through Admin Tool means full access to everything that's in that RPD. Period. No way to control it through rights management or "turning things off an on".
Only possibility is to split the RPD into subsets - physically distinct RPDs - which physically only contain all objects relevant to certain subject areas.
