Ability to restrict the drill to hierarchy/attribute based on application role

OACS DV workbooks currently provide the functionality to drill to detains using right click "drill to hierarchy/attribute" option. We have found a use case where it is needed to restrict this feature to a group of users even though they can access the workbooks as DV consumers.
