Does anyone know how to solve the Oracle Analytics Desktop installation problem?

I was using Oracle Analytics Desktop for my current duties, I had a new PC so I installed the latest version (march 2023) and it was working. Then I closed the app and when I try to open it again, stop working. won't open freeze, remove programs several times, restart several times and nothing, the latest message I got was the this (picture). any help?

The OP(@molot69-Oracle )  has not replied back to the original suggestion to check the error in the diagnostic files.

Reinstall has already been suggested on 02-May, but no reply.

Since it is an Oracle employee, they may have used some internal resources.

Uninstall and remove contents from installation folder and reinstall it. else you need to observe diagnostic dump and check for error

can you try to reinstall with different location pointed with different name and give a try.
