Need to keep certain column blank if parameter for that particular column is not selected in report

In custom employee details BIP report there is document type parameter if we run the report without selecting any values in document type parameter then Document type column should come empty even if there are different Documents assigned to employee.If Document type parameter is selected then document type should reflect in report.
