OAS - inclusion of "File-based Data" into snapshot
Description
In OAC, when creating/restoring snapshot, there is an option (optional) for inclusion of "File-based Data" (so not only definitions of file-based data set, but also the content of file). Unfortunatelly this option is missing in OAS (thus on-premise) sw. We would like to have this option available in OAS - since there is no other way (except manual, completely out of sw) how to:
a) backup file-based data used for data set definition
b) transfer/migrate data set definition (including file itself)
Use Case and Business Need
From operation perspective , having the option to have "File-based Data" included into snapshot is very important requirement. It allows to streamline operation process.

This would be the basic requirement that customer will expect . Incase of manual upload how can we secure the End user uploaded excel data sets and manage the security
