Is there any way we can see all Recipients IDs in iBot/ Agent delivered emails in OAC? We were able to see the whole list of recipients in OBIEE(11g/12c versions). Is it possible in OAC?

There is a BCC option in the Console -> System Settings.
Is it enabled? It defaults to enabled.

Thank you @SteveF-Oracle . BCC was enabled, now I have disabled that option. When was this introduced?

In an earlier update for OAC, you can check "What's New" in the guide.
For OAS, it was introduced in OAS 2023
