OTBI Export to Excel or CSV limitation
Comments

Please increase this limit to at least 250k rows. This limitation has forced us to re-write several OTBI analyses into BIP Data Models/Reports and required a lot of development time migrating the Logical SQL into Physical SQL, in order to avoid this hard limit.

We too need support for more than 65k rows. Ridiculous to be supporting a Excel 2003 worksheet size limit in 2023. Forcing us to consider moving the data thru UCM into ATP database and using APEX to provide user access (costing more development time and resources that the original requirement warrants).

I strongly support this ask. Some users at our org ridicule this mandatory requirement and we were forced to opt for BI Publisher reports as opposed to using dashboards. Appreciate if it can be considered.
Thanks

I support this idea and look forward to an opportunity where all relevant data can be exported! more than 75K using OTBI

This is becoming a needed enhancement now. Hope Oracle responds positively.

OTBI reporting tool cannot be a trusted source of report if it will not bring out all records in the system. Any limitation on the number of rows should be removed. We too have a requirement where all the records in the DB are to be exported. But this restriction is making it impossible. Oracle should remove this restriction in upcoming releases.

Looks like this issue of removing restriction of 25 K rows is not yet removed. IS oracle doing something here?

We have many reports that we have built that exceed 75,000 rows. It's very tedious and inefficient to have to run the reports in batches and manually append.
Please make this enhancement a priority.

To pull a month of payroll data out of projects, client needs ~ 500K rows. Having to run the report in smaller sections even for a single pay run add to clumsiness of using the software.
