OTBI Export to Excel or CSV limitation
Organization Name
Capgemini
Description
Hi Team,
The OTBI Report export to excel or csv limited to 25k and 75k rows. This Limit is very small for business requirements. It's better to provide some configuration to increase this limitation in OTBI.
You can look at this SR (SR 3-21271633161 : OTBI Report Export Limitation) for more details.
Regards
Sateesh
Use Case and Business Need

Same case here. We find it strange that it is a tool for transactional data, which is high volume by definition. Only the tool cannot handle this high volumes. Which makes the reports build useless.
Even after we did adjust the maximum rows to export in the conficuration of BI and restarted the BI server we couldn't see all the data.

I support this idea and look forward to an opportunity where all relevant data can be exported!

We are also facing the same issue and spent lot of time in researching and found that this feature is yet to be implemented by oracle. I hope oracle will implement this soon in the product. Thanks

If not within the UI, at least let us schedule the reports to exceed the limits - same as with regular BI Publisher reports which exceed their limits.

This idea is very relevant!

Our entity is currently over 90K employees and growing so we're automatically over the limit with only 1 line per employee. With these limitations we can't run a simple report with a few columns of demographic data and export consistently
1 -
We have an employee population that would exceed that limit.

Detailed reports require more thank 75K lines - especially when pulling payroll data. This improvement would be wonderful!

running analysis to provide data to senior leadership without creating complex data models.

Increasing the limit would be useful for lot of OTBI reports which we have.
