You can also check from OCI Notification Page if you receive any notification for the update else you are welcome to open Service Request to check when your instance will be patched.

There you can download OAC Public Library, OAC Public Samples among many others.

For your Parameter related features question, you can download the OAC Parameters Samples from the Demo Packs.

You can also download the latest Oracle Analytics Cloud Virtual Appliance under the "OAC Images" tab.
