To use Custom Sort option in DV Filter

Actually we have requirement to show DV filter value in custom order not in alphabet order.

eg if i have one column called Department Name where department name value is : HR ,IT ,Admin, Sales ,Finance

In DV Filter i have to show this value in order in HR ,IT ,Admin, Sales ,Finance.

How to can show this value in DV Filter.

I can understand we have Parameter option but not work for all.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I have tried .We can achieve this scenario by use of parameter where we can use logical sql query with order by condition. In order by condition we can use case statement.
