I am doing archive and unarchive method to migrate the reports and dashboards from one instance to another. while unarchiving i am facing the below errors in catalog manager.

Does it work if you unarchive via the OBIEE front end, instead of catalog manager?

I have also tried in front end (in BI answer), i am getting the following error.
The Obiee dev version is 11.1.1.7.150120 and Prod version is 11.1.1.7.0. Is there any issue with the OBIEE version difference?

Looks like you've answered your own question. You've got 2 different versions and a higher version in your Dev environment.

Yep - it's spelled out for you : Version read: 13. Max expected: 11
You need to align your environment patchsets before you try to migrate code between them. As a general development principle, having environments out of line is a Bad Idea - what you've validated and tested and signed off in one environment may completely fail to work in another.
