OTBI Filter conditions not getting translated when reports opened in Other languages

Organization Name (Required - If you are an Oracle Partner, please provide the organization you are logging the idea on behalf of):
Corplex
Description (Required):
All the simple OTBI Reports we have created are failing because the conditions are being partially translated in the report.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
English version of Conditions and Spanish version of conditions. The Canceled Flag is “Yes” in the database. But the Spanish OTBI is trying to convert it to “Si”
But it is not doing the same thing for the Status field list of values – it is keeping it in English itself. So one of these conditions is going to fail depending on how the Database values are brought for comparison. If they are brought as translated – then 2nd condition will fail (Status Field) – if they are brought in English then first condition will fail (Cancelled Flag)
So I am not sure what it is stored in the database or how the conditions are being passed on. Either it should have translated both the fields. Or it should have kept the conditions as it is. So definitely one of it is wrong in terms of how OTBI is doing the translation. We need to figure out a way how to tackle this

@DhanaLakshmi Chintareddy did you receive an Oracle response to this?
We are experiencing the same issue when users with a different language preference attempt to use reports with custom prompts.
