Guys,

I'm having a scenario whereby once the error below occurs the Financial Analytics Dashboards disappear from the analytics page

I have looked at Noe OBIEE 11g: MSAD Integration - Msad Users Cannot Login - BI Security access denied - web service credentials are invalid (Doc ID 2118327.1) but it's not related to my scenario as i'm not using MSAD authentication.

    Hi Moses,

    Do the roles that are assigned to the folder containing the Financial Analytics Dashboards exist in your security provider (which I assume is WebLogic based on what I'm reading)?  Could they be perhaps assigned to a role that existed in one environment, but that role wasn't recreated in another?

    Failing that, have you made any changes to your environment recently?  Specifically to security?  Like perhaps a password reset or maybe some group/role configuration changes in WebLogic?

    Also, can you post your sawlog?  There may be something in there?
