Can I merge between two subject areas in different module?

Hi All,
I am currently working on a dashboard that pulls data from the Procurement - Requisition Real Time subject area. I have a requirement to add a filter that reads sub-departments from the Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time subject area in the HCM Module.
I have already added both subject areas, but unfortunately, the filter is not functioning as there is no direct link between the two subject areas.
I would appreciate any suggestions or solutions to address this matter.
Thank you.

Hi,
The error shows NO fact table exists, while creating Cross-subject area reports, you need to following the following rules :
>> Both SA should have the common dimension
>> You need to add the related FACTS from both the SA's
>> You Need to enable the DIMENSIONALITY on the report,
Steps to enable DIMENSIONALITY : Edit the report >click on Advanced Tab > Scroll down to Advanced > select the check box Dimesionality > click on Apply SQL > now click on results tab
Thanks
Dimple

Do you have common dimensionality/attributes between the SAs
Have you tried bringing in a measure and the common atributes into the criteria?
