How to fix this issue: Authn token passed to the ObUserSession constructor is null or invalid?

Hi there,

After finished configure OAS 5.9 with OAM12.2.1.4 sso using OHS12.2.1.4 WebGate, and try to first login but failure.

Error details in webgate.log :

2023/10/17@08:13:41.05220 18861 18906 AUTHORIZATION ERROR 0x00001819 /ade/syseng_NGAMAC_12.2.1.4.0_LINUX.X64_Bundle_PatchView_11/ngamac/src/palantir/access_api/src/obuser_session.cpp:2275 ecid^0061yKPj5Q742zApn^o2yZ0004ah000001 rid^0 "Authn token passed to the ObUserSession constructor is null or invalid." raw_code^201


So how to fix this issue?Thanks a lot in advance.
