Parameter with Line break has no results in report but has results in Data Model

What can i do to fix this? Data Model can filter the output using a parameter which column data has a line break. Using the same data model with a report it returns with no results? It works properly for parameters without line break. What are the solutions that I can do to have the same result in Data Model and Report?

Are you saying you are using the parameter with line breaks as filter in the Datamodel, can you please share the sample.xml and .xdm here for sample report?
