How to get grand total to properly sum values in pivot tables?
We've noticed when summing pivot tables, that when are negative values the sums tend to be incorrect. For example, when using specific natural account segments, fiscal years, and balance amount the numbers do not properly sum when there is a negative in there.
If you filter at a higher level with no specific segments, however, the correct number does show.
To fix this, does there need to be an aggregation change? Or is this some sort of bug that has to do with totaling?
Comment below if you've encountered something similar, or if you have any suggestions to fix this issue.
Thanks!
