Disable 'Save Data for Republishing' checkbox

We want to disable save data for republishing option enabled by default.

Can some one please let me know what to modify to achieve this.

Could you share a screenshot or something to demo the issue and explain a bit? And is the issue on any version of OAS/ OBIEE ?
