Build Oracle DV report in a ‘form’ layout using subject area?

Trying to build DV Reports by using Subject Area which should look like as 'form' type of Layout.

But i could not find any view as such in DV.

Any suggestion on this ?

    This would be a great advantage to built reports like field name on the left and values for those on the right, if we've this layout readily available to setup reports in a single visualization.
