The columns like BANK_NAME and BANK_BRANCH_NAME are blank in iby_ext_bank_account table
We have a requirement to generate a report retrieving the details of changes made by an employee to their bank details in the payment methods page. We have created a use cases by inserting/updating the bank details in the UI and post that referred to the iby_ext_bank_accounts, iby_ext_bank_accounts_ , iby_ext_bank_accounts_v tables. We were able to succesfully track the changes made to bank account name and bank account number. However, the changes made to Bank Name, Bank Branch Name or the Branch Number are not captured in any of these tables, the respective columns are appearing blank.
We have also enabled the audit for external bank accounts. Is this particular information capture in other locations? If so, are there audit tables for the same?
