Extract the permission/actionable actions attached to Folders/reports in catalog OTBI.
The requirement is to generate a report which extracts the actionable action attached to the Folders/reports in the catalog such as Update/delete/move.

By "actionable action" you mean catalog permissions? (update = write permission, move = write and delete permission, delete = delete permission etc.)
If that's what you are after, you could try with catalog manager, it should be able to generate a report with that (no idea if OTBI supports catalog manager, I don't have that tool...).

I can't seem to access this document. Is there a way to extract all OTBI and BIP reports from the catalogue including the dashboard it appears on and the role(s) assigned to the report? Many thanks.

The solution from the document is : "Log an SR with Support to provide the output."
So please create an SR with BI support.
