OAS 2023 integration with EBS R12.2.12 issue

Question

Hi,

We have integrated OAS 2023 with EBS R12.2.12 using EBS ICX cookie method.

EBS user is able to authenticate to the application but not able to see the catalog, Report, my account etc.

Please find below the screenshot of the access user is getting.

Only my dashboard and sign out option is coming.

The same application role is created in EM having the same name as responsibility name.

In EM we have assigned BIAdminsitrator also for testing to the application role.

Kindly suggest if anyone faced such type of issue.

ICX cookie has been marked for deprecation since OAS 5.5 version. The method is marked for desupport in OAS 2024, I suggest you not use it.
