Is it possible to report on email correspondences? We are looking for a report either in OTBI or OBI which would list out all our email correspondences, status, recipients, last sent, etc.

I don't think there is any subject area in OTBI or a DB Table which customer has access to it for BIP report.
Email related info is available on servers for Oracle Operations team for triaging the issues.
You may want to create an Enhancement Request in Idea Labs.
