How to make read only DFF that has value set ?

I have a DFF on a request screen that i want to make it read only but it has value set so when i make it read only the data doesn't show

This seems to be an OTBI related query and seems to have been posted in FAW community. However, please review the below OTBI community thread where similar requirement has been discussed and see if it helps!.
