That isn't Oracle Analytics Publisher / BIP.
Is that a Fusion / Cloud app? If yes, then you have to visit the parallel forum covering those products: https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect .
If not, post the full name of your product so that you can be pointed in the right direction.
