ODI scheduler not working.

Hi Team,

We are using the ODI 12.2.1.4 version in bi apps 11.1.1.10.3. when we try to schedule the load plan or any scenario, it is not getting executed as scheduled. We have cross-checked the agent and it's running successfully. we have also updated the agent after job scheduling. We have scheduled the jobs after business hours and no one can run them manually and we need to run the jobs with the scheduler only. Please provide the resolution to get this issue to be solved.
