In the other thread I already pointed out that standalone BI Publisher can handle security completely differently because it behaves basically as a - as the name implies - standalone product. Especially when you're using a trial edition (not "trail"). Sidenote: As you can see here the trial edition's installation documentation was last updated in September 2013 so your installation is at minimum 10 years old.

Back to the security: You screenshot the menu item but you don't screenshot which security option is running. Which one of these options you are running defines how your security actually works. Nobody can know what you're using unless you clearly state it which is why you will get responses which have nothing to do with your setup. Only you are sitting in front of your solution.

Apart from that in between all the threads you have opened you would have already easily reconstructed your security in your new solution by hand.
