What attributes are used to calculate prebuilt metrics in FDI?

I am trying to understand what fields are being utilised to calculate prebuilt metrics in Fusion Data Intelligence Platform. For example, we utilise Legal Employer Seniority Date as our Hire Date so need to understand how metrics such as “Average Tenure”, “Retention”, "Years of Service" are being calculated. I have reviewed Reference for Fusion HCM Analytics but not able to identify the specific field being used.

Please check Data lineage page as well:
Metric Calculation Spreadsheet contains Fusion Human Capital Management metric calculation details.

Thank you for visiting and posting in Fusion Analytics Warehouse(FAW) Product Community Page.
Download this ZIP file that contains available subject areas that apply to the current version of Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics. Once the file downloads, extract the file, open the folder, and then open the release-specific HTML file. For example, click 23R4_Fusion_HCM_Analytics_SubjectAreas.html.

Thank you for your response. Whilst this information is very helpful it does not actually supply which attribute/field is being used to calculate a specific metric.
One of the key problems I have is that I want to know how Tenure is being calculated as a prebuilt metric, specifically which start date is being used. Our company uses Legal Employer Seniority Date for a Team Members start date, but is Tenure calculated from this field or one of the other start dates in Oracle?
Thanks

Hi - was Scott's question ever answered? I'm also looking for same type of detail - not just for tenure but for calculations of time to fill. There are so many date fields, it would be helpful to know which ones are being applied for which of the standard oracle delivered key metrics.
