Deployment for BIP and BICC Artifact Questions

We are looking into our options for automating deployments for BIP and BICC artifacts. Can you provide documentations and/or examples of how this is done?

Also, for BIP can you confirm that one of the options are these APIs documented here...https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/12213/bip/BIPAP/op-v1-reports-post.html

Also, for BICC changes, can we move those changes between environments via an OIC integration archive file?
