ORACLE don’t provide users vs licences vs roles reports - do they?
closest Ive got is this - since deleted - Document 2512770.1 Hera Licensing Monitoring & Optimization - OACS reports
thanks
Hi Rory,
The good news. Yes they do.
This forum is for OTBI. So that means you are a customer using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications as SaaS. You can get this information from your console for SaaS.
For more information see

About the Consoles

For example, this includes a service usage metrics drill through report showing you each month a history for the last 3 months of how many users via which privileges in which roles have used which licence part numbers versus how many users you have subscriptions for use of that part number. The reports are not in the application itself in the catalog with all the other analytics and reports but rather they are in your system administration Administrator Console. Is that what you need?
awesome - thanks Nathan 😀
service usage metrics drill through report - how can I find it please?
what role do you need to view it? is it Service admins only? or SaaS users?
thanks again

Hi, There are instructions in the link included in my answer about how your cloud account administrator can set you up as a user of the console to view the service usage reports or receive them by email when they are generated by Oracle. For example, there is a read only role called Business Administrator.
