schedule tables are emply in OAS

We have couple of agents running daily , when we check S_NQ_JOB for history of schedules, observed table is empty.

Agents are running fine , I see details on Console -> 'Monitor Deliveries'.

Can some please help me how to get Agent Details in Schedule tables.

S_NQ_JOB         

S_NQ_INSTANCE             

S_NQ_ERR_MSG             

S_NQ_JOB_PARAM

    Can you check your connection pool and see are you pointing/checking the correct Database RCU tables?

    Hi Arjun Sir,

    DB connections are working as expected. Schedule tables are exit in database.

    However S_NQ_JOb tables has no data. but I see details on log files.
