Many tests are required when upgrading the version. Therefore, it takes a lot of time.The "Grace Period: 1 year" in document ID 2775561.1 is very short.Even if you upgrade, you will immediately reach "End of Error Correction", which is a heavy burden.
The customer is in great trouble.Please extend the period until the "Grace Period" is reached.
