Not able to get the work item details for few transaction in the collection dashboard

We are unable to derive the work item details like strategy task name and status for many of the transactions present in the collection dashboard. Could you please let us know how to extract the details of strategy task details in the backend.

Attaching the query that is currently being used to derive the same.
