Use a Oracle Data Base as a Data Source For Reporting

Hello

Our customer is looking for a solution for a reporting app. At the moment they have some products for Oracle Fusion Cloud Application which include the tool OTBI. Also they use Oracle E-Business Suite (On Premise) for the other applications.

My idea is to use CLOUD OTBI as a reporting tool for the On Premise application as well. Is there a possibility to add the On premise Data base as a Data Source in OTBI?

Could you help me to find documentation about it? And How to establish a connection?

I don't believe you would be able to do that within cloud fusion OTBI.

However you may want to look into OAC (Analytics Cloud)
