Add ability to change default settings on filters for Decks

The Filters which are applied to each Deck always default to the first value in the list of values available. It would be beneficial to be able to control the default values for these filters. A good example is the Ledger Filter for all my decks defaults to our CAD currency ledger because that is the first value in the list, but all of my decks should be using the Primary Ledger which is USD.

Hi All,

We are migrating Decks and Cards to OAC Artifacts. With this, we will have the ability to have defaults etc. using OAC Parameters.

Additionally, the Personalization feature in the Jan 2024 release of OAC (which will be present in FAW/FDI) will persist the last-selected filter value for a user across sessions.
