How to filter Scheduled Ship Date based on Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT) in OTBI Reports.

I have an OTBI report that retrieves a list of orders with missed scheduled ship dates. The filtering criteria for the report is set as "Fulfillment Lines - Scheduling Details"."Schedule Ship Date Fline" < (current_date), and it's filtering based on the UTC timezone.

Is there a way to modify this report to filter results based on the specified criteria but in Pacific Time (PDT/PST) instead of UTC?

    Database timezone in UTC hence data is filtering in UTC format.

    Database timezone cannot be changed.
