Hi @User_4FA5C
Can you confrim are you getting this Error while download the data to XLIFF file or while running rtf file?
In general - issue with either JAVA options or BI Publisher's XSLT processor configuration.
Check below and try again?
setting the following property to 12c: "Use BI Publisher's XSLT processor"
- Edit the report and click on the report Properties and Formatting tab.
- Located "Use BI Publisher's XSLT processor" and set it to "12c"
- Save the report.
Also check for bi publisher log file for more details.
Regards,
Arjun

Hi @Mallikarjuna Kuppauru-Oracle,
I tried with two different way,
1. JDK Kit 11.0 in my own machine
java version "11.0.17" 2022-10-18 LTS
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 18.9 (build 11.0.17+10-LTS-269)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 18.9 (build 11.0.17+10-LTS-269, mixed mode)
Her ,I have used MS-Office 2016 & 12.2.1.4 bi publisher desktop software as plugin) to generate xlf file.
2. Similarly, via virtual machine tried with old java versions(JDK 7 & Windows 7) too,
java version "1.7.0_80"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (1.7.0_80-b15)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM(build 24.80-b11, mixed mode)
Here, I have used both 2016 & 2013 version of MS -office with latest(12.2.7.0) and old bi publisher software to generate the XLF file.
Nothing works sadly:(.
Always i got the "Caused by: oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XSLException…: XML-22049: (Error) Template 'sql_73d099e6_9' invoked but not defined."
Not able to access th Doc Link: (Doc ID 2176937.1) .
Thanks,Mani
