Hello and good day!

Dear Oracle Community friends,

I would like to create an OTBI for traceability using the review completed transactions function. Would you know what subject areas should I use? Hoping to hear from someone knowledgeable in this.

Thanks much and best regards.

Hi Regie, Your question is a bit vague. When you say "create at OTBI" assume you mean to create a query from the subject areas to view data in either an analysis in OTBI (blue) or in a data model for a report in OTBI (yellow).

What do you mean by "using the review completed transactions function"? What is this function? Which business process is it? What role do you use to do it? What is the chapter in the user guide for it? In the navigation menu which work area in which folder do you use? Maybe post a screenshot of this page in the user interface? Then we will know which application so hopefully advise what subject area will query that data?

I have no idea if this is CX, HCM, Financials, Procurement, Projects, or Supply Chain and Manufacturing or may something across all of them in foundation in common applications. etc. let us know which application.

To review the subject areas go to your documents.

    https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/index.html

Go to top task "Analyze and Report" for your selected application. Then select "Review XXX Subject Areas"

    For example, in HCM

    Regie,

    Is this business process?

    Materials Management and Logistics
Ensure that material is effectively managed, from receipt through consumption, to meet customer demand. The process includes inbound logistics, inventory management, and outbound logistics activities. Successfully manage customer demand in a cost-effective manner by optimizing the flow of material and any associated storage.
