Is there any way to add parent name to the selected attributes and club them under one category?

There are few custom columns where for each category consists of 2-3 attributes.

Below is the screenshot from OBIEE

In the image, we can see Invoices and Amount metrics has 2 categories. One is PTD and other is YTD.

Is it possible to achieve this in OAC reporting?

This can be partially achieved by using tiles in OAC, but can we customize and group required attributes under one category (folder Name) in the visualization? This feature is available in OBIEE. Any similar feature to achieve this is supported in OAC?

As far as I know, in a DV workbook the table and pivot visualization do not have the concept of "folder heading".

Everything you can do in OBIEE can be done in OAC: "classic" didn't move (except for OSSM that isn't there at all anymore). Therefore just do the exact same thing.

Or maybe by "OAC reporting" you mean a DV workbook?

Hi @Avinash Krishnaram-Oracle , PTD and YTD are the custom columns which are derived from the datasource.

Using the existing metrics in datasource - subject area, we formulated the custom columns.

I imagine the question was meant to know if a "cheat" workaround could be achieved by using a pivot instead of a table. Still, the folder heading (by default being the presentation table name) doesn't exist as a concept in DV for now.

For that one visualization example you posted, the cheat will work, but having to make up formulas to generate a pivot view being what you look for just to get folder heading, isn't worth the job (also because you will have to maintain these formulas you will make up to use a pivot view).
