OTBI Subject area new cogs and Gross margin real time cogs -present un-recognized while recognized

Question

Hi,

i have created report based on  subject area  "new cogs and Gross margin real time" and i found  sale order which was fully recognized

while in the report is null , in addition the "revenue recognition" amount is the bill  amount  and not the recognized amount which done in the RMCS.

Could you please advice?
