We have a requirement that the employees who are applying for leaves must have their leave durations visible in the multiples of 0.5 hours.(0.5, 1 , 1.5,.till 3). i.e. If the employee has applied for 35 minutes of leave, the duration must be 0.5 hrs. For 48 minutes, it must be 1 hour and so on..For leave duration more than 3 hours, duration will be reflected as single day. I have created the fast formula for the same as well using GET_PAY_AVAILABILITY function. the part where employees who are applying for more than 3 hours, the duration is showing as 1 day which is working fine. But for less than 3 hours, the duration of leaves is not reflecting in the multiples of 0.5. Can you please check it out and tell if I have missed out on anything. I have also attached the fast formula that I have written along with the leave calculation conditions.
