Hi, we are working with OBIEE 12c and I am facing the following problem, after the instalation it pop up three messague about service not working. I have tryed several times to restar and re-install but it seems not working. The problem is the following:

And in the respective bug of obips1, obisch1,obis1, I found out the following error

I dont' know how to proceed, also I am working with DB 11g and tryed several possible solutions with no sucess.
