@User_Y6C7L - Not sure what datasource is being used to create dataset. But, please refer the below documents on how to save a dataset and validate if yours are similar. Thanks.

I realized that i was doing a mistake of using (ctlr+s) instead of save or save as. I'm able to save the dataset and create workbook now. Apologies for the inconvenience and Thanks for the support @Federico Venturin @Sumanth V -Oracle

Hi @User_Y6C7L ,
From your screenshot, it looks like you are saving a workbook, not a dataset.
Does the dataset appear in the Data page?
Do you get any error message when saving the workbook?

@Federico Venturin I'm saving dataset but getting popup of "Save Workbook" .After i enter the name and click on save, it only processes .Also i cannot see it in the Data page. Therefore I'm unable to create workbook and save it.

Hi @User_Y6C7L ,
Are you trying to create the dataset from the workbook editor?
If so, I would recommend to create the dataset using the Create button in the Home page, save it, and then add it to a workbook.

Hi @User_Y6C7L ,
Which connection type are using in the dataset?
Does is it work as expected if you use a different connection type or an Excel file? If so, it could be a bug, and I would raise a SR.
