We need the Summarisation Level for Financial Tax Register be amended to be by Invoice level(AP)

we have requirement to customize the "Financial Tax Register" Report. In this there is a parameter called "Summarisation Level", in this parameter we need to be add one more values "Invoice level". But this "Summarisation Level" parameter is based on lookup values i.e ZX_TRL_SUMMARY_LEVEL.
when we try to modify this lookuptype, we were unable edit or add a new values in this lookup. Now we request you to assist on this how we can edit this "ZX_TRL_SUMMARY_LEVEL" lookup values from "Manage Tax Lookup Codes" screen. For more details on this please find the attached document.
